kauri tree

 Last week we made Kauri art. First we drew clouds on with white and grey crayon, then we dyed our piece of paper blue. Then we finger painted another piece of paper grey, green, black, brown and yellow.  Then we painted another piece of paper green with a sponge. Then we glued on the trunk to our piece of paper. After that we ripped up the green piece and glued them on top of the trunk to make the leaves. Then we wrote slogans about what you should do when you are visiting Kauri trees and forests.
